Xenon lamps do not use in fog lights: constantly changing the configuration of the discharge violates the strictly calculated geometry of the light beam, and the headlight does not perform its direct function. For fog lights it is better to use only LED bulbs.

Porsche Cayenne Generations
Porsche Cayenne 18 Generation (2021)
Porsche has a habit of releasing new cars one kit at a time, and the latest models in its lineup are the 2021 Cayenne GTS and its sister Cayenne GTS Coupe. The new SUVs, the Coupe, are a marketing play – more powerful than the base model and S models and feature a sportier look, as well as lower ground clearance and a lower center of gravity for increased performance.
Porsche Cayenne 17 Generation (2020)
Under the hood of the base model is the same 3.0-liter turbocharged V-6 that develops 335 horsepower, allowing it to accelerate to 60 mph in 5.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 151 mph. The top-of-the-line Cayenne Turbo Coupe gets the familiar twin-turbo 4.0-liter eight-cylinder engine with 541 horsepower. The Porsche accelerates to 60 in 3.7 seconds and has a top speed of 178 mph.
Porsche Cayenne 16 Generation (2019)
The 2019 Porsche Cayenne is a completely redesigned, introducing the third generation of the mid-size SUV. The engine compartment and the interior of the Cayenne have undergone most of the changes.
Porsche Cayenne 15 Generation (2018)
The Cayenne has a few standard active safety features, limited to automatic emergency forward braking with pedestrian detection, front and rear parking sensors, and a rearview camera.
Porsche Cayenne 14 Generation (2017)
A new limited-run Platinum Edition features bi-xenon high-intensity-discharge headlights, front and rear parking sensors, wheel-arch extensions, gloss-black trim, 20-inch wheels, leather sport seats with Alcántara simulated-suede inserts, and illuminated stainless-steel door sills. There’s also a new entertainment system for the Cayenne.
Porsche Cayenne 13 Generation (2016)
The Cayenne is equipped with the four-element LED running lights seen on other models such as the Panamera sedan. The ribs on the hood are used to direct airflow to the various engine intercoolers.
Porsche Cayenne 12 Generation (2015)
The five-seat SUV is larger than its sedan sister, the Panamera, and heavily redesigned for 2015. It comes with a twin-turbo V-6 transmission (Cayenne S) and a twin-turbo V-8 (Cayenne Turbo); we drove the latter. The Cayenne Diesel also has a twin-turbo V-6 and the Cayenne S E-Hybrid. The E-Hybrid combines a supercharged V-6 engine and an electric motor.
Porsche Cayenne 11 Generation (2014)
In 2014, the Cayenne received a few minor changes, including a new eight-speed automatic transmission.
Porsche Cayenne 10 Generation (2013)
Porsche’s first diesel engine for the U.S. makes its debut in the 2013 Cayenne SUV. With an estimated 20/28 mpg city/highway, the Cayenne Diesel should get 21 percent better fuel economy than a base Cayenne with a gas V-6 and an automatic transmission.
Porsche Cayenne 9 Generation (2012)
A newly optional Turbo power kit for the Cayenne Turbo boosts output to 540 horsepower and 553 pounds-feet of torque. The kit includes new turbochargers with titanium/aluminum turbines as well as ducts for additional brake cooling. The Cayenne Turbo also gets larger 16.53-inch ceramic-composite front brake discs.
Porsche Cayenne 8 Generation (2011)
In its first full redesign since the model’s 2003 debut, the 2011 Porsche Cayenne is quicker, larger, roomier, more efficient, and richer than the previous version — and it is still very much a Porsche, on both road and track. Along with new exterior and interior styling, the Cayenne comes with a sliding backseat, increased power, and, according to Porsche, better mileage in all versions.
Porsche Cayenne 7 Generation (2010)
For 2010, the Cayenne receives two limited-production models, the Cayenne S Transsyberia and GTS Design Edition 3. Transsyberia models are rally-inspired editions with Porsche’s height-adjusting suspension and available roof-mounted auxiliary lights. The GTS Design Edition 3 is a cosmetic package that adds styling pieces from Porsche’s design team.
Porsche Cayenne 6 Generation (2009)
With five levels of Cayenne interior trim and two special editions, the SUV has almost as many options as the 911, giving it a huge range of consumer appeal.
Porsche Cayenne 5 Generation (2008)
Available at dealerships beginning March 3, the revised 2008 Porsche Cayenne has different front and rear styling and a new range of larger engines that feature direct-injection technology and make more power while using less fuel. The Cayenne can also have the new Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control active suspension system that allows the SUV to corners with less body roll.
Porsche Cayenne 4 Generation (2006)
The 2006 Cayenne’s standard electronic logbook is optional, and a new three-button remote key is included.
Porsche Cayenne 3 Generation (2005)
Standard six-speed manual transmission is fitted in the V-6 Cayenne for 2005. New options include Sirius or XM Satellite Radio and a Sport Design package.
Porsche Cayenne 2 Generation (2004)
Cayenne 2004 Cayenne leather seats for five people are standard; full leather seats available. Front and rear parking assistance are included. Cargo capacity is 19.2 cubic feet and increases to 62.5 cubic feet when the rear seat is folded down.
Porsche Cayenne 1 Generation (2003)
In March 2003, Porsche finally introduced its eagerly awaited Cayenne sport utility vehicle. Just like the stimulating pepper of the same name, this luxury mid-size SUV ranks as a hot one, especially when in the Cayenne Turbo, which achieves 450 horsepower from its Porsche-designed, twin-turbocharged V-8 engine. A 340-hp Cayenne S is also offered. Both models have permanent all-wheel drive, an inter-axle differential lock, and additional Low-range gearing. Porsche Stability Management System is standard.
