Xenon lamps do not use in fog lights: constantly changing the configuration of the discharge violates the strictly calculated geometry of the light beam, and the headlight does not perform its direct function. For fog lights it is better to use only LED bulbs.

Nissan Rogue Generations

Nissan Rogue 14 Generation (2021)

Updated for 2021 with running lights high above the headlights – a look popularized by the old Juke and now by some Hyundai models – the Nissan Rogue is available in four trims: S, SV, SL, and Platinum. All offers front- or all-wheel drive.

Nissan Rogue 13 Generation (2020)

There are no significant changes.

Nissan Rogue 12 Generation (2019)

The 2019 Nissan Rogue is paddling as fast as it can to keep up in the red-hot compact SUV race. Feature updates and new driver-assistance tech have helped it keep pace, and it remains a leader in roominess and comfort. But time is catching up with the Rogue, which was last redesigned for the 2014 model year, and fresher rivals are showing up with much better driving manners and higher-quality interiors.

Nissan Rogue 11 Generation (2018)

The 2018 7-inch touchscreen multimedia system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity is now standard. The SV trim level gains a motion-activated lift gate, while the range-topping SL trim adds adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection.

Nissan Rogue 10 Generation (2017)

Major changes to the 2017 Nissan Rogue include revised styling, some interior upgrades, and increased noise insulation. The SUV is available in S, SV, and SL configurations, all with front- or all-wheel drive.

Nissan Rogue 9 Generation (2016)

Forward emergency braking and Siri Eyes Free voice control for the Apple iPhone are now available.

Nissan Rogue 8 Generation (2015)

Eco-mode has been added, and heated cloth seats are available in the SV Premium Package. There are no other significant changes.

Nissan Rogue 7 Generation (2014)

Nissan’s compact crossover receives a major redo for the 2014 model year, switching to a new global platform to go after family buyers on several continents. It has a new, more aggressive look inside and out, one that is designed to project a more masculine appearance in hopes of attracting more men to the Rogue. The previous model appeals far more to women, according to Nissan’s research.

Nissan Rogue 6 Generation (2013)

For a large part of the population, the small 2013 Nissan Rogue crossover is perfect. The Rogue is available in three configurations: S, SV, and the strangely named “SV with SL”. Each of these configurations is offered with a front or all-wheel drive.

Nissan Rogue 5 Generation (2012)

All models gain a Sport mode switch, and a new Special Edition Package is available. The value-oriented package includes steering-wheel stereo controls, a backup camera, a USB port, satellite radio, and fog lights. Meanwhile, the SL Package gains Nissan’s Around View Monitor.

Nissan Rogue 4 Generation (2011)

The 2011 Rogue gets new bumpers and a new grille, available in S, SV, and Krom finishes. All three offer front- or all-wheel drive.

Nissan Rogue 3 Generation (2010)

There are no significant changes for 2010.

Nissan Rogue 2 Generation (2009)

As in the CR-V, Nissan decided to offer just one engine and transmission combination for the Rogue. That engine is a 170-horsepower, 2.5-liter four-cylinder that outdoes both the CR-V and four-cylinder RAV4 in terms of horsepower, and you’ll feel it when you stomp on the accelerator. Toyota offers an optional V-6 for the RAV4, and the Outlander only comes with V-6 power. The Rogue’s engine mates with a continuously variable automatic transmission, and the SUV is available with either front-wheel drive or front-biased all-wheel drive.

Nissan Rogue 1 Generation (2008)

The Rogue’s cargo area with the rear seats up is an unimpressive 28.9 cubic feet. The low sloping roof contributes to the reduced cargo capacity. The rear seats fold mostly flat by pulling the handle next to each headrest. It’s a simple setup that I prefer to the cumbersome methods used in the CR-V and Outlander. With the seats down, the cargo volume increases to 57.9 cubic feet, but it would be nice if the extended floor was really flat.
