Xenon lamps do not use in fog lights: constantly changing the configuration of the discharge violates the strictly calculated geometry of the light beam, and the headlight does not perform its direct function. For fog lights it is better to use only LED bulbs.

Lexus RX 350 Generations

Lexus RX 350 15 Generation (2021)

Blindspot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert and power-folding, auto-dimming side mirrors now standard; wireless charging now available; new Glazed Caramel interior color available; F Sport Performance Package renamed F Sport Handling Package.

Lexus RX 350 14 Generation (2020)

The touchscreen and tech enhancements are the most significant changes for 2020, though a bunch of little things — new smartphone holder, over-the-air updates, expanded F-Sport line — have similar executions: They sound great on paper but are a little less impressive in practice. The bulk of the RX is unchanged, available in five-seat RX 350 and hybrid RX 450h variants, along with an L version of each that includes a small third row for a total of six or seven seats.

Lexus RX 350 13 Generation (2019)

The RX’s remote function adds smartwatch and Amazon Alexa device compatibility.

Lexus RX 350 12 Generation (2018)

The 2018 new gas-only RX 350L and hybrid RX 450hL versions are 4.3 inches longer than the regular RX and have three rows of seats. In addition, Lexus’ Enform safety and service telematics features are now complimentary for 10 years instead of one.

Lexus RX 350 11 Generation (2017)

Inside, the RX gets a new look with more luxurious materials and improved trim and color options. Four colors of leather (including dark red, exclusive to F Sport) are available, as well as five trim materials, four of which are natural veneers with beautiful patterns. The standard 10-way power-adjustable front seats can be upgraded with the optional Luxury package. They are upholstered in semi-aniline leather and have Power Lower cushion extensions, making them the most comfortable seats in the entire lineup.

Lexus RX 350 10 Generation (2016)

Wild styling draws attention to the 2016 Lexus RX 350, but uninspired handling, lackluster brake feel and a lack of innovative features won’t win it many new friends.

Lexus RX 350 9 Generation (2015)

For 2015, the changes are minimal, the Lexus RX 350 is a bland, almost numb car that impresses with its responsive engine and overall comfort, but offers neither an impressive driving experience nor exceptional interior luxury.

Lexus RX 350 8 Generation (2014)

The 2014 RX 350 is now available with Siri Eyes Free Mode, which allows the use of voice commands to take and make calls, get directions, compose text messages, and more. A rear 115-volt household power outlet is also newly available.

Lexus RX 350 7 Generation (2013)

The 2013 Lexus RX has several updates, most notably a new front-end design. The base 2013 model comes with either front- or all-wheel drive. The new F Sport version includes an eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, dynamic handling with a sporty suspension, and a more aggressive grille and front bumper.

Lexus RX 350 6 Generation (2012)

The RX 350’s 3.5-liter V-6 engine is now rated for regular gas, and a new Appearance Package features 19-inch seven-spoke wheels and darker headlight housings.

Lexus RX 350 5 Generation (2011)

The RX is offered in both front- and all-wheel drive, as well as a hybrid version, called the RX 450h. The choice between the front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions probably won’t depend on fuel consumption, as their mileage is estimated at 18/25 miles per gallon city/highway and 18/24 miles per gallon, respectively. Hybrid versions get about 32/28 miles per gallon with front-wheel drive and 30/28 miles per gallon with all-wheel drive. Premium gas is needed for everyone.

Lexus RX 350 4 Generation (2010)

The 2010 RX 350 is 1.6 inches longer than its predecessor, 1.6 inches wider, and 0.2 inches taller. Lexus claims that buyers like the size of the current RX, which explains why it hasn’t undergone significant changes for 2010, although cars often grow after upgrades. Both the regular and hybrid models come standard with 18-inch alloy wheels; 19-inch wheels are optional.

Lexus RX 350 3 Generation (2009)

The RX SUV is the latest Lexus to receive the signature “L-finesse” styling. L-finesse models have a clean, concise look accentuated by sharp, angular design elements such as the headlights. The design theme doesn’t detract from the RX’s distinctive appearance, as it still has the forward-sloping D-pillar like its predecessor. Although the front end of the new RX is familiar, its nose is not as sharp as the previous model.

Lexus RX 350 2 Generation (2008)

The new model is easy to operate, has an exquisite cabin, and is available with many high-tech features.

Lexus RX 350 1 Generation (2007)

In addition to the new Remote Touch interface for the navigation system, the new RX is available with a number of other high-tech features. One of the most interesting is the wide-view side-monitor system.
