Xenon lamps do not use in fog lights: constantly changing the configuration of the discharge violates the strictly calculated geometry of the light beam, and the headlight does not perform its direct function. For fog lights it is better to use only LED bulbs.

Kia Soul 12 Generation (2021)
In 2021, a reminder function in the rear seats is now standard, while EX and Turbo configurations include remote key fob start. Meanwhile, the X-Line and GT-Line trims received an updated shock absorber setup.
Kia Soul 11 Generation (2020)
The 2020 Soul stylishly updates the hatchback’s boxy look and is more fun to drive, but keeps its practicality, value, and quirky personality.
Kia Soul 10 Generation (2019)
In 2019, automatic headlights are now standard. Standard features include 16-inch alloy wheels, variable-intermittent windshield wipers, cloth upholstery, air conditioning, Bluetooth, and a 60/40-split, folding backseat.
Kia Soul 9 Generation (2018)
In 2018, a limited-run Plus Primo Package includes automatic emergency braking and adaptive cruise control. Following its run, a Plus Lit Package with high-intensity-discharge headlights, LED accent lights and Wild Orange paint will be available.
Kia Soul 8 Generation (2017)
A new engine for 2017 gives the Kia Soul’s top trim, to exclaim, a premium experience — but it comes at a fairly steep price.
Kia Soul 7 Generation (2016)
A new audio system with a 4.3-inch touch-screen and a rearview camera is standard on the Plus and Exclaim and optional on the base model. A new Designer Collection available on the Plus includes two-tone paint (white with a red roof or red with a black roof) and 18-inch alloy wheels. Leather seats are standard on to Exclaim, and forward collision and lane departure warning systems are newly available features included in the Premium Package for to Exclaim. To Exclaim Premium Package also includes a navigation system with an 8-inch screen, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof with a power sunshade, and a heated steering wheel.
Kia Soul 6 Generation (2015)
The optional UVO e-Service communication system adds geofencing, speed alert, curfew alert, and a driving score function.
Kia Soul 5 Generation (2014)
The 2014 Soul comes in three trims. The base features a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine with either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. The Plus and top-of-the-line Exclaim come with a more powerful 2.0-liter and only with the automatic.
Kia Soul 4 Generation (2013)
As of the 2013 model year, the first-generation Kia Soul was more than 4 years old, and in today’s fast-moving world of vehicle design, that’s quite old. It was time for a complete makeover.
Kia Soul 3 Generation (2012)
Both of the Soul’s available four-cylinder engines make more power and team with new six-speed transmissions. Fuel estimates have improved for both engines, too — 25/30 mpg city/highway for the base engine and 23/28 mpg for the optional larger four-cylinder. The 2012 Soul gains exterior styling revisions that update its appearance slightly.

Kia joined the boxy wagon segment when it launched the Soul as a 2010 model. It competes with cars like the Scion xB and Nissan Cube. It’s offered in base, Soul+ and Sport trim levels.
